Whistleblowing system
Rhenus Lub GmbH & Co KG has set up a whistleblowing scheme through which reports of breaches of regulations falling within the scope of the Act on the Better Protection of Whistleblowers (Whistleblower Protection Act), as well as all administrative offences and other compliance breaches relating to Rhenus Lub GmbH & Co KG and/or Siebert GmbH.

Designated lawyers at the firm receive the reports and, following an initial legal assessment, forward them to the relevant personnel at Rhenus Lub GmbH & Co KG’s internal reporting office.
