Deze verscheidenheid aan mengsels kan echter tot problemen leiden. Want bij de selectie van grondstoffen voor een geschikte productformulering moeten verschillende limieten en beperkingen in acht worden genomen. Dit is weer gepaard met een duidelijke reductie van het grondstoffenspectrum. Daarom moet in veel gevallen worden gegrepen naar stoffen die weliswaar een veel hogere zuiverheidsgraad hebben, maar dienovereenkomstig hogere grondstofkosten veroorzaken.<\/p>\n<h3>Uitdagingen bij het samenstellen van koelsmeermiddelen<\/h3>\n<p>Bij water mengbare koelsmeermiddelen is het de bedoeling de basiscomponent olie \u2013 of alternatieve smeermiddelen \u2013 in een stabiele binding met water te brengen. Cruciaal voor deze taak zijn emulgatoren, die door het verlagen van de grensvlakspanning tussen de olie- en waterfase een verdeling van de oliedruppeltjes in het water mogelijk maken. De emulgator is dus een cruciaal bindmiddel in de emulsie voor een goed functionerend koelsmeermiddel.<\/p>\n<p>Om het emulgatorsysteem te beschermen gedurende een zo lang mogelijke verblijftijd, worden aan de in water mengbare koelsmeerstof diverse additieven toegevoegd. Weer andere zorgen ervoor de specifieke prestatie-eigenschappen te versterken.<\/p>\n<div class=\"btn-3d-invert-grey btn-small elementor-widget elementor-widget-button\"><a class=\"elementor-button elementor-button-link elementor-size-sm\" href=\"\/nl\/koelsmeermiddelen\/wassermischbare-kuehlschmierstoffe\/\"><span class=\"elementor-button-content-wrapper\"><span class=\"elementor-button-icon\"><i aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"ti-arrow-right\"><\/i><\/span><span class=\"elementor-button-text\">Watermengbare koelsmeermiddelen<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/div>\n<p>Niet-watermengbare koelsmeermiddelen komen met weinig individuele componenten toe, aangezien de factor water, met al zijn be\u00efnvloedende parameters, wegvalt. Een essenti\u00eble basiscomponent is bij niet-watermengbare koelsmeermiddelen de olie. Om de snijprestaties te verbeteren, wordt deze verrijkt met polaire werkzame stoffen en chemisch werkende EP-additieven. Weer andere additieven, zoals anti-neveltoevoegingen of verouderingsbeschermers, verbeteren de duurzaamheid en het gedrag van de snijoli\u00ebn tijdens het bewerkingsproces.<\/p>\n<div class=\"btn-3d-invert-grey btn-small elementor-widget elementor-widget-button\"><a class=\"elementor-button elementor-button-link elementor-size-sm\" href=\"\/nl\/koelsmeermiddelen\/nichtwassermischbare-kuehlschmierstoffe\/\"><span class=\"elementor-button-content-wrapper\"><span class=\"elementor-button-icon\"><i aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"ti-arrow-right\"><\/i><\/span><span class=\"elementor-button-text\">Niet-watermengbare koelsmeermiddelen<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/div>\n<p>Als basisvloeistoffen voor metaalbewerkingsoli\u00ebn worden nog steeds voor circa 65 tot 70 procent minerale oli\u00ebn gebruikt.
