Tuttavia, questa variet\u00e0 di miscele pu\u00f2 causare problemi. Infatti, nella scelta delle materie prime per una formulazione di prodotto adeguata, \u00e8 necessario rispettare diversi limiti e restrizioni. Ci\u00f2 comporta una netta riduzione dello spettro delle materie prime. Pertanto, in molti casi, \u00e8 necessario ricorrere a sostanze che, sebbene abbiano un grado di purezza molto pi\u00f9 elevato, comportano di conseguenza costi delle materie prime pi\u00f9 alti.<\/p>\n<h3>Sfide nella formulazione dei fluidi da taglio<\/h3>\n<p>Nel fluido da taglio miscibile con acqua, \u00e8 essenziale creare un legame stabile tra la componente base oleosa \u2014 o lubrificanti alternativi \u2014 e l'acqua. Cruciali per questo compito sono gli emulsionanti, che consentono la dispersione delle goccioline di olio nell'acqua abbassando la tensione interfacciale tra la fase oleosa e quella acquosa. L'emulsionante \u00e8 quindi un legame cruciale nell'emulsione per un fluido da taglio che funzioni correttamente.<\/p>\n<p>Per proteggere il sistema emulsionante per un tempo di permanenza il pi\u00f9 lungo possibile, vengono aggiunti vari additivi al refrigerante miscibile in acqua. Altri additivi, invece, servono a potenziare le specifiche propriet\u00e0 prestazionali.<\/p>\n<div class=\"btn-3d-invert-grey btn-small elementor-widget elementor-widget-button\"><a class=\"elementor-button elementor-button-link elementor-size-sm\" href=\"\/it\/lubrificanti\/wassermischbare-kuehlschmierstoffe\/\"><span class=\"elementor-button-content-wrapper\"><span class=\"elementor-button-icon\"><i aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"ti-arrow-right\"><\/i><\/span><span class=\"elementor-button-text\">Lubrorefrigeranti miscibili in acqua<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/div>\n<p>I fluidi da taglio non miscibili con l'acqua si compongono di pochi singoli componenti, poich\u00e9 il fattore acqua, con tutti i suoi parametri influenti, viene eliminato. Un componente di base essenziale per i fluidi da taglio non miscibili con l'acqua \u00e8 l'olio. Per migliorare le prestazioni di taglio, viene arricchito con agenti polari e additivi chimicamente attivi EP.
