L\u2019impiego di lubrificanti di raffreddamento addizionati con EP aiuta a superare queste sfide con sicurezza.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Efficace sotto alta pressione<\/h3>\n<p>Gli additivi EP sono principi attivi che si sono affermati come componenti importanti di vari fluidi da taglio ad alte prestazioni. Migliorano le propriet\u00e0 tribologiche di questi prodotti aumentando la capacit\u00e0 di carico da un lato e riducendo l'usura degli utensili dall'altro. L'uso in condizioni di pressione estrema \u00e8 gi\u00e0 insito nel nome: EP sta per \u201eextreme pressure\u201c e rende quindi i lubrificanti additivati EP particolarmente rilevanti per le lavorazioni in cui si verificano frequentemente pressioni elevate.<\/p>\n<h3>Nessuna saldatura tra pezzo e utensile<\/h3>\n<p>L'uso di additivi EP fa s\u00ec che le superfici metalliche in movimento relativo del pezzo in lavorazione e dell'utensile subiscano il minor danno possibile anche in condizioni di carico estreme. Allo stesso tempo, viene attivamente impedita la saldatura dei punti di contatto di attrito di entrambe le superfici. I tipici additivi EP comprendono composti di zolfo, fosforo, zinco, azoto e altri.<\/p>\n<h3>Diverse teorie sul meccanismo d'azione<\/h3>\n<p>Per il meccanismo d'azione degli additivi EP esistono diverse teorie, come la teoria delle microfessure, la teoria dello strato di reazione o la teoria dello strato di adsorbimento.
