Dopotutto, la percentuale di acqua nelle emulsioni \u00e8 pari al 90 % e nelle soluzioni al 95 %. Pertanto, per quanto riguarda l\u2019acqua di miscelazione, \u00e8 necessario rispettare determinati requisiti minimi.<\/p>\n<h3>Requisiti minimi per l'acqua di miscelazione<\/h3>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/rhenus.betadevelopment.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/tabelle-mindestanforderungen1.jpg\" alt=\"Tabella 1: Requisiti minimi di qualit\u00e0 dell&#x27;acqua di miscelazione per i lubrorefrigeranti Rhenus Lub\"><\/figure>\n<p>Particolarmente importanti sono il valore del pH e la durezza totale. Un valore di pH di 7 \u00e8 ottimale. L'acqua di preparazione si comporta in modo neutro. Valori di pH fino a 9 sono ancora accettabili, a condizione che non vi siano altri motivi che controindichino l'uso di questa acqua di preparazione. L'acqua di preparazione con valori di pH inferiori a 6 \u00e8 inaccettabile. Questa pu\u00f2 abbassare il valore del pH dell'emulsione KSS nella preparazione fresca. La conseguenza \u00e8 una ridotta protezione dalla corrosione.<\/p>\n<p>Non solo il valore del pH \u00e8 un fattore importante per un'acqua di miscelazione ottimale. Anche la durezza totale ha un ruolo di primo piano. \u00c8 considerata una delle principali grandezze tecniche applicative.<\/p>\n<p>Un'acqua troppo dura pu\u00f2 causare la reazione dei fattori di durezza in essa contenuti con emulsionanti anionici, formando composti poco solubili, i cosiddetti saponi di calcare. Le conseguenze: filtri intasati e depositi su pezzi e utensili.<\/p>\n<p>Anche acqua di miscelazione troppo dolce \u00e8 svantaggiosa per le emulsioni, perch\u00e9 favorisce la formazione di schiuma.<\/p>\n<p>Nel caso in cui l'acqua di preparazione sia molto dolce, vi forniremo prodotti speciali. In caso di durezza dell'acqua estremamente bassa (&lt; 5\u00b0 d) pu\u00f2 essere utile l&#039;aggiunta di acqua di rubinetto pi\u00f9 dura, se disponibile. \u00c8 possibile modificare il contenuto di alcalino-terrosi dell&#039;acqua di preparazione mediante l&#039;aggiunta di un indurente contenente Ca2+.<\/p>\n<p>Questa forma di manipolazione \u00e8 necessaria solo per le nuove preparazioni, poich\u00e9 la durezza totale delle emulsioni aumenta da sola durante il loro utilizzo. Al contrario, raccomandiamo di integrare le perdite di trascinamento con acqua VE (acqua demineralizzata) per le acque di miscelazione con una durezza totale relativamente elevata.<\/p>\n<figure><img
