Durante il suo periodo in azienda ha portato avanti in maniera decisiva sia l'orientamento strategico che la trasposizione operativa delle attivit\u00e0 di distribuzione, marketing e product management. Grazie alla sua spiccata identificazione con l'azienda, ha promosso una cultura aziendale positiva ed \u00e8 stato una fonte di ispirazione. \"Desideriamo ringraziare profondamente Meinhard Kiehl per il suo grande impegno e la sua fedele collaborazione. Gli auguriamo ogni bene per questa nuova fase della sua vita\", afferma il Dr. Max Reiners, CEO di Rhenus Lub.<\/p>\n<p>Il suo successore, Johannes Samwer, ha gi\u00e0 ricoperto per circa 14 anni diverse posizioni dirigenziali presso il gruppo operante nel settore dei prodotti chimici speciali LANXESS di Colonia, da ultimo come Global Sales Director nella business unit Material Protection Products. In questo ruolo, aveva la responsabilit\u00e0 globale dell'orientamento strategico e il controllo delle unit\u00e0 operative nella vendita e delle partnership esterne. Tra gli altri incarichi in LANXESS ricordiamo anche un soggiorno di diversi anni negli USA (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania) per la fusione e la gestione di un ramo della business unit Rhein Chemie. Johannes Samwer ha conseguito un Master of Science in Business Administration presso l'Universit\u00e0 di M\u00fcnster e ha continuato ad affinare le proprie competenze grazie a seminari di management durante la sua carriera professionale presso la Harvard Business School e la London Business School.<\/p>\n<p>\"Siamo lieti di aver trovato in Johannes Samwer un nuovo managing director per la
