als Rhenus Lub f\u00fcr ein passendes Schmierfett angefragt wurde. F\u00fcr eine grunds\u00e4tzliche Betrachtung wurden uns alle notwendigen Daten zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellt. Der Einsatztemperaturbereich von -30\u00b0C bis +130 \u00b0C sowie die st\u00e4ndige Umh\u00fcllung durch \u00d6l machten eine umfangreiche Abdichtung notwendig. Aufgrund der Einbausituation wurde eine Lebensdauerschmierung gew\u00fcnscht.<\/p><p>Nach detaillierter Analyse aller Bauelemente und Umgebungsbedingungen stellten wir folgende Konflikte fest:<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul class=\"story-bullets\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>Das f\u00fcr die Au\u00dfenabdichtung gew\u00e4hlte Dichtungsmaterial war nicht mit den chemischen Eigenschaften des Umgebungs\u00f6ls kompatibel<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>Innerhalb des Getriebes wurden Dichtringe aus verschiedenen Materialen verwendet (EPDM und NBR)<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"story-meta\"><p>In der Praxis w\u00e4re das Bauteil weit vor Ablauf der geplanten Lebensdauer durch eindringendes Umgebungs\u00f6l zerst\u00f6rt worden. Dabei handelt es sich um eine grundlegende Eigenschaft jedes Werkstoffes, also auch jedes Elastomers und jedes Schmierstoffes, und gibt Aufschluss \u00fcber deren L\u00f6slichkeit. Gleiches l\u00f6st sich in Gleichem . Bei Schmierfetten ist dies besonders wichtig, denn je nach verwendetem Grund\u00f6l verh\u00e4lt sich der Schmierstoff entweder polar (z.B. Polyglykol) oder unpolar (z.B. synthetische Polyalphaolefine). Eine \u00e4hnliche Polarit\u00e4t l\u00e4sst Dichtungsmaterialien aufquellen und zerst\u00f6rt diese mit der Zeit.<\/p><p>Diese und weitere Hinweise wurden in Kombination mit einer klaren Empfehlung f\u00fcr Dichtungsmaterialien und einen kompatiblen Schmierstoff an den verantwortlichen Konstrukteur weitergegeben.
