Zwei wesentliche Komponenten waren relevant: die Antriebseinheit und das Getriebe. Zur Untersuchung nutzten wir eine schallisolierte Kammer in unserem Entwicklungslabor. Erste Messungen zeigten, dass die Getriebeeinheit f\u00fcr den wesentlichen Teil der Ger\u00e4uschentwicklung verantwortlich ist. Aus diesem Grund wurde die Antriebseinheit \u2013 ein Elektromotor \u2013 physisch entkoppelt und nur der Ger\u00e4uschpegel des Getriebes gemessen. Es befindet sich in einem fest verschwei\u00dften Kunststoffgeh\u00e4use. Als Maschinenelemente kommen ein Schneckentrieb und geradverzahnte Stirnr\u00e4der zum Einsatz, die ebenfalls aus Kunststoff bestehen.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul class=\"story-bullets\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>Mit verschiedenen Fetten wurde schnell eine Senkung des Ger\u00e4uschpegels um 4 dB(A) erreicht \u2013 eine deutlich h\u00f6rbare Reduzierung!<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>Unser Kunde erhielt zudem eine Empfehlung f\u00fcr die Auswahl und Lage der Schmierpunkte.
