L&#x27;utilisation de lubrifiants de refroidissement enrichis en additifs EP permet de relever ces d\u00e9fis avec brio.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Efficace sous haute pression<\/h3>\n<p>Les additifs EP sont des substances actives qui se sont impos\u00e9es comme des composants importants de divers fluides de coupe haute performance. Ils am\u00e9liorent les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s tribologiques de ces produits en augmentant la capacit\u00e9 de charge d'une part et en r\u00e9duisant l'usure des outils d'autre part. Leur utilisation sous des pressions \u00e9normes est d\u00e9j\u00e0 dans le nom : EP signifie \u201e extreme pressure \u201c et rend donc les lubrifiants additiv\u00e9s EP particuli\u00e8rement pertinents pour les usinages o\u00f9 des pressions \u00e9lev\u00e9es se produisent fr\u00e9quemment.<\/p>\n<h3>Aucun soudage de la pi\u00e8ce et de l'outil<\/h3>\n<p>L'utilisation d'additifs EP fait en sorte que les surfaces m\u00e9talliques en mouvement relatif de la pi\u00e8ce \u00e0 usiner et de l'outil subissent le moins de dommages possible, m\u00eame dans des conditions de charge extr\u00eames. Simultan\u00e9ment, on emp\u00eache activement le soudage des points de contact de frottement des deux surfaces.
