Ce n'est pas surprenant, car la teneur en eau est souvent sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 90 % dans les \u00e9mulsions, et m\u00eame sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 95 % dans les solutions. Mais quels sont les facteurs essentiels \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer ?<\/p>\n<h3>Le facteur pH<\/h3>\n<p>Un param\u00e8tre important pour l'eau de m\u00e9lange est le pH. Une valeur de 7 est optimale, car l'eau de pr\u00e9paration est alors neutre. Les valeurs de pH jusqu'\u00e0 environ 9 sont encore acceptables, tant que d'autres raisons ne s'opposent pas \u00e0 l'utilisation de l'eau de pr\u00e9paration. Cependant, les eaux de pr\u00e9paration dont le pH est inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 6 sont inacceptables. Celles-ci peuvent \u00e9ventuellement abaisser le pH de l'\u00e9mulsion de liquide de refroidissement d\u00e8s la pr\u00e9paration neuve \u2013 avec des cons\u00e9quences de grande port\u00e9e, comme une protection anticorrosion r\u00e9duite.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un pH de 7 est optimal.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Le facteur de duret\u00e9 totale<\/h3>\n<p>La duret\u00e9 totale est \u00e9galement un facteur d\u00e9cisif pour une eau de m\u00e9lange optimale. C'est l'une des grandeurs caract\u00e9ristiques technico-applicatives les plus importantes et elle influence consid\u00e9rablement la qualit\u00e9. Pourquoi en est-il ainsi ? Une eau trop dure peut entra\u00eener une r\u00e9action des agents de duret\u00e9 contenus avec des \u00e9mulsifiants anioniques pour former des compos\u00e9s difficilement solubles \u2013 les soi-disant savons de chaux. Les cons\u00e9quences : des filtres obstru\u00e9s et des d\u00e9p\u00f4ts sur les pi\u00e8ces \u00e0 usiner, les outils et dans les machines. De m\u00eame, une eau de m\u00e9lange trop douce est pr\u00e9judiciable aux \u00e9mulsions, car elle favorise la formation de mousse.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Une plage de duret\u00e9 entre 5 et 20\u00b0d est optimale.<br \/> <\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Comment pouvez-vous influencer une duret\u00e9 d'eau inappropri\u00e9e ?<\/h2>\n<p>Selon la situation (nouvel ensemencement ou r\u00e9ensemencement), des mesures sp\u00e9cifiques sont utiles.<\/p>\n<h3>Nouvelle approche :<\/h3>\n<p>En cas d'eau de m\u00e9lange trop douce (&lt; 5\u00b0 d), nous avons un additif sp\u00e9cial pour vous : En ajoutant un durcisseur contenant du Ca2+, la teneur en alcalino-terreux de l&#039;eau de pr\u00e9paration peut \u00eatre modifi\u00e9e. Cette mesure n&#039;est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement n\u00e9cessaire que pour les pr\u00e9parations fra\u00eeches, car la duret\u00e9 totale de l&#039;\u00e9mulsion augmente avec le temps.<\/p>\n<h3>Nachdosierung<\/h3>\n<p>Si l'eau de m\u00e9lange a une duret\u00e9 totale relativement \u00e9lev\u00e9e, une r\u00e9alimentation des pertes par \u00e9vaporation avec de l'eau adoucie ou d\u00e9min\u00e9ralis\u00e9e (eau d\u00e9min\u00e9ralis\u00e9e) sera prometteuse.<\/p>\n<h3>Le chlorure et les germes comme autres facteurs d'influence<\/h3>\n<p>Portez \u00e9galement une attention particuli\u00e8re \u00e0 une faible teneur en chlorures lors de la pr\u00e9paration de l'eau. Une teneur trop \u00e9lev\u00e9e affecte principalement n\u00e9gativement le comportement anticorrosion des fluides de coupe miscibles \u00e0 l'eau. De plus, l'eau de pr\u00e9paration ne doit pas \u00eatre contamin\u00e9e par des microbes.
