Apr\u00e8s tout, la part d'eau dans les \u00e9mulsions est de 90 % et de 95 % dans les solutions. C'est pourquoi certaines exigences minimales doivent \u00eatre respect\u00e9es en ce qui concerne l'eau de m\u00e9lange.<\/p>\n<h3>Exigences minimales pour l'eau de m\u00e9lange<\/h3>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/rhenus.betadevelopment.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/tabelle-mindestanforderungen1.jpg\" alt=\"Tableau 1 : Exigences minimales relatives \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 de l&#x27;eau de dilution pour les lubrifiants de refroidissement Rhenus Lub\"><\/figure>\n<p>Le pH et la duret\u00e9 totale sont particuli\u00e8rement importants. Un pH de 7 est optimal. Des valeurs de pH jusqu'\u00e0 9 sont encore acceptables tant qu'il n'y a pas d'autres raisons de ne pas utiliser cette eau de m\u00e9lange. Les eaux de pr\u00e9paration avec des valeurs de pH &lt; 6 sont inacceptables. Elles peuvent faire baisser la valeur de pH de l&#039;\u00e9mulsion de CSC lors de la pr\u00e9paration initiale. Il en r\u00e9sulte une diminution de la protection contre la corrosion.<\/p>\n<p>La valeur du pH n'est pas le seul facteur important pour une eau de m\u00e9lange optimale. La duret\u00e9 totale joue \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le important. Elle compte parmi les param\u00e8tres les plus importants pour l'application.<\/p>\n<p>Une eau trop dure peut entra\u00eener une r\u00e9action des agents de duret\u00e9 contenus avec les \u00e9mulsifiants anioniques pour former des compos\u00e9s difficilement solubles, appel\u00e9s savons de chaux. Cons\u00e9quences : des filtres bouch\u00e9s et des d\u00e9p\u00f4ts sur les pi\u00e8ces et les outils.<\/p>\n<p>Une eau de m\u00e9lange trop douce est \u00e9galement pr\u00e9judiciable aux \u00e9mulsions, car elle favorise la formation de mousse.<\/p>\n<p>Si votre eau de m\u00e9lange est tr\u00e8s douce, nous mettons \u00e0 votre disposition des produits sp\u00e9ciaux. Si la duret\u00e9 de l'eau est extr\u00eamement faible (&lt; 5\u00b0 d), l&#039;ajout d&#039;eau du robinet plus dure - si disponible - peut aider. Il est possible de provoquer une modification de la teneur en alcalino-terreux de l&#039;eau de pr\u00e9paration en ajoutant un adoucisseur contenant du Ca2+.<\/p>\n<p>Cette forme de manipulation n'est n\u00e9cessaire que pour les pr\u00e9parations fra\u00eeches, car la duret\u00e9 totale des \u00e9mulsions augmente d'elle-m\u00eame pendant leur utilisation. Inversement, nous vous recommandons d'ajouter de l'eau d\u00e9min\u00e9ralis\u00e9e (eau d\u00e9min\u00e9ralis\u00e9e) aux eaux de m\u00e9lange dont la duret\u00e9 totale est relativement
