Sin embargo, esta diversidad de mezclas puede provocar problemas. Porque al seleccionar las materias primas para una formulaci\u00f3n de producto adecuada, se deben observar diferentes l\u00edmites y restricciones. Esto, a su vez, est\u00e1 asociado con una reducci\u00f3n significativa del espectro de materias primas. Por lo tanto, en muchos casos, es necesario recurrir a sustancias que, si bien tienen un grado de pureza mucho mayor, implican costes de materia prima en consecuencia m\u00e1s elevados.<\/p>\n<h3>Desaf\u00edos en la formulaci\u00f3n de fluidos refrigerantes lubricantes<\/h3>\n<p>En el caso de los lubricantes refrigerantes miscibles en agua, el objetivo es lograr una uni\u00f3n estable entre el componente base de aceite \u2014o lubricantes alternativos\u2014 y el agua. Los emulsionantes son cruciales para esta tarea, ya que permiten la dispersi\u00f3n de las gotas de aceite en el agua al reducir la tensi\u00f3n interfacial entre la fase oleosa y la fase acuosa. Por lo tanto, el emulsionante es un eslab\u00f3n de uni\u00f3n decisivo en la emulsi\u00f3n para un lubricante refrigerante que funcione correctamente.<\/p>\n<p>Para proteger el sistema emulsionante durante el mayor tiempo de permanencia posible, se a\u00f1aden varios aditivos al lubricante refrigerante miscible en agua. Un componente base esencial en los fluidos de corte miscibles en agua es el aceite. Para mejorar el rendimiento de corte, se enriquece con agentes polares y aditivos EP de acci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica.
