Despu\u00e9s de todo, el contenido de agua en las emulsiones es del 90 % y en las soluciones del 95 %. Por lo tanto, deben cumplirse ciertos requisitos m\u00ednimos con respecto al agua de mezcla.<\/p>\n<h3>Requisitos m\u00ednimos para el agua de mezcla<\/h3>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/rhenus.betadevelopment.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/tabelle-mindestanforderungen1.jpg\" alt=\"Tabla 1: Requisitos m\u00ednimos de calidad del agua de mezcla para los lubricantes refrigerantes Rhenus Lub\"><\/figure>\n<p>El valor del pH y la dureza total son especialmente importantes. Un valor de pH de 7 es \u00f3ptimo. Los valores de pH de hasta 9 siguen siendo aceptables siempre que no haya otras razones que desaconsejen el uso de esta agua de mezcla. Las aguas de preparaci\u00f3n con valores de pH &lt; 6 son inaceptables, ya que pueden reducir el valor del pH de la emulsi\u00f3n MWF durante la preparaci\u00f3n en fresco. El resultado es una menor protecci\u00f3n contra la corrosi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>No s\u00f3lo el valor del pH es un factor importante para un agua de mezcla \u00f3ptima. La dureza total tambi\u00e9n es muy importante. Es uno de los par\u00e1metros de aplicaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s importantes.<\/p>\n<p>Si el agua es demasiado dura, los componentes de la dureza que contiene pueden reaccionar con los emulsionantes ani\u00f3nicos para formar compuestos poco solubles, los llamados jabones de cal. Las consecuencias: filtros obstruidos y dep\u00f3sitos en las piezas y herramientas.<\/p>\n<p>Mezclar agua demasiado blanda tambi\u00e9n es perjudicial para las emulsiones porque favorece la formaci\u00f3n de espuma.<\/p>\n<p>Si su agua de mezcla es muy blanda, podemos ofrecerle productos especiales. En caso de que la dureza del agua sea extremadamente baja, &lt; 5\u00b0 d, la adici\u00f3n de agua del grifo m\u00e1s dura -si est\u00e1 disponible- puede ayudar. Es posible modificar el contenido de tierras alcalinas del agua de preparaci\u00f3n a\u00f1adiendo endurecedores que contengan Ca2+.<\/p>\n<p>Esta forma de manipulaci\u00f3n s\u00f3lo es necesaria para los preparados frescos, ya que la dureza total de las emulsiones aumenta por s\u00ed misma durante su uso. Por el contrario, en el caso de mezclar aguas con una dureza total relativamente alta, se recomienda completar las p\u00e9rdidas de descarga con agua desionizada (agua totalmente
