The team is not only the point of contact, but \u2013 together with the area managers \u2013 acts as the linchpin linking all internal departments at Rhenus Lub. We spoke to Armin Geilen, Head of Sales Service, about this.<\/strong><\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/rhenus.betadevelopment.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/team-vertriebsservice-1.jpg\" alt=\"The Rhenus Lub team from the Sales Service department\"><\/figure>\n<p><em>The Rhenus Lub Sales Service: Sylva Beek, Sonja Christ, Regina Gilges, Simone Klammer, Manuela Mroos, Birgit Schareina, Andrea Steinh\u00e4user, Patricia Teasani, Armin Geilen<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>Mr Geilen, could you outline your team's field of activity, please.<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Armin Geilen:<\/strong>&nbsp;The focus of our work is the smooth processing of all customer orders: from enquiries through order processing to invoicing, as well as commercial complaints management and master data maintenance. Our aim is to respond to all our customers\u2019 enquiries in the best possible way \u2013 quickly and professionally. To this end, every customer has their own personal point of contact, both within our sales service team and with our area managers. This builds trust and ensures clear lines of communication \u2013 for maximum customer satisfaction. Of course, a strong personal identification with Rhenus Lub and our products, as well as a high level of personal commitment and dedication from every single team member, also contribute to customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n<h3>What qualifications does your team have?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Armin Geilen:<\/strong> In principle, we master the entire spectrum of order processing. Very important: a great deal of empathy for all customer concerns. If we cannot directly fulfil customer wishes 100 percent, we continue to look for the best solution. Commercial apprenticeships in industrial or commercial companies, as well as decades of experience, provide us with the necessary technical skills to offer our customers first-class service.
